Partnering with Wright Residential early in the homebuilding process gives homeowners the advantage of identifying the right team to develop plans and obtain approvals to begin construction. We know getting started can be daunting, especially to those unfamiliar with the construction process. We are here to help.

Partner with all required consultants and engineers (e.g., geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, soils, design) to begin the design process.

Manage consultants to resolve issues and obtain finalized construction documents

 Obtain city permits and all required approvals

Review constructibility of documents and submit bids to obtain true price bidding

Value engineer, cost estimate, timeline development.

Cost: consultant fees (TBD) + management fee (estimate: $5-10k depending on scope of services)
Exceptions: management fee will be waived if Wright Residential LLC is selected as the General Contractor

 Identify, procure, and price all skilled tradesman required for home build

Schedule and manage subcontractors

Acquire all required materials

Monitor and track construction timeline, quality, safety and costs, including change orders
Provide quality assurance to ensure high build quality and code adherence
