JAMIE VAN HEUSEN
Jamie brings over 25 years of business operations and accounting experience to her role as operations manager at Wright Residential, where she oversees the accounting department and the company’s financial integrity. She formulates sound financial strategies, implements proper internal controls, and develops operational plans that support organizational goals. Jamie joined the fast pace and constant challenges of construction after 20 years in the securities brokerage industry. Outside of Wright Residential, Jamie enjoys quality time with her husband and son, is a homebody, and may have a bit of a shoe addiction.
Payroll Accountant + Human Resources Administrator
In her role as Payroll Accountant and Human Resources Administrator at Wright Residential, Herlinda oversees processing company-wide payroll and employee relations. She has over 18 years of payroll experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Herlinda is detailed-oriented and is known for handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Herlinda prides herself on maintaining a high level of customer service for both clients and internal staff. Her extensive background in human resources and business operations contribute to Herlinda being an effective organizer and supportive team player. Outside of Wright Residential, Herlinda enjoys gathering her extended family of 18 around the dinner table, decorating, and bargain shopping.
As an accounting assistant at Wright Residential, Devin works with accounts payables and provides support to the accounting and project teams. He is known for his dedication to his work and excellent service. Devin joined Wright Residential after three years working first for a roofing and waterproofing company, then in facility operations. Outside of work, Devin is usually relaxing with his family and two dogs. An automotive enthusiast, he also spends much of his time driving and taking part in various events within the car community, such as scenic cruises or organized long-distance convoys.
Accounting Assistant + Insurance Coordinator
Julie joined Wright Residential after five years in the insurance industry. With her licensed insurance expertise and attention to detail, Julie maintains the compliance requirements for all our subcontractors and trade partners while also assisting with accounts payable. When she isn't at Wright Residential, Julie spends her time soaking up the sun in her garden or near the river with friends.
With a background in medical billing and real estate, Katie brings strong organization, communication, and administrative skills to her role at Wright Residential. Katie excels at managing all day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Her genuine and positive demeanor makes everyone feel welcome. When she’s not focused on keeping the office running, Katie is a youth and high school cheer coach.
