With a background in fine stone fabrication, Graeme brings to Wright Residential’s project management team an eye for added dimensions of luxury and style that greatly increases the value of any home. After starting his construction career sweeping floors, Graeme quickly advanced into roles such as foreman and estimator, where he developed a thorough understanding of the elements of designing and building. This understanding, combined with his passion, makes Graeme uniquely effective in using innovative methods such as 3-D design tools to help clients visualize the interior and exterior components of their home. When he is not leading you through your build, Graeme plays hockey at Snoopy’s. Off the ice, he spends his time exploring Sonoma County with his wife and daughter.
Senior Project Engineer
Coming from a long line of aerospace engineers and architects, Dylan comes to Wright Residential by a road less traveled. After studying mechanical engineering and drafting, and working in various fields of the construction world, Dylan spent some time improving the health and fitness of clients as a personal trainer. Dylan brings to the team an ability to communicate with construction professionals and clients alike to create the protocols, systems, and procedures for storing and distributing technical information. When he is not in the office creating or moving data, in the field meeting with superintendents or clients, he is exercising, skiing, on a racetrack driving, or in the shop building the family-team race car.
Stephanie's first paid work experience was on her father's construction sites in Cloverdale, where she assisted with drywall, taping, painting, and job site cleanup during high school summers. With parents that worked as a contractor-architect husband-wife team, Stephanie grew up supporting their business with payroll runs, invoices, scheduling, plan check edits, and more. With over ten years’ experience in both the for- and non-profit sectors managing a variety of short- and long-term projects, Stephanie brings a wealth of skills that can boost productivity and efficiency on a team. She also has a history of working within significant cost restrictions. Stephanie is held in high regard for her customer service, partnering with the client to help them meet their goals, and understanding how to add value to their experience. When Stephanie isn’t assisting you with your dream home, she’s spending time with her two daughters in their garden and exploring Sonoma County.
After helping build his family's house in high school, Jesse took a radical detour for fifteen years as a vegetable grower while working on and off as a carpenter. Jesse is now integrating his childhood love of building with the project management expertise he honed from many years of running a diverse vegetable operation. He brings to each project a love of craftsmanship, materials, integrity, people, and community. While his other interests range from gardening and cooking to music and furniture making, they have all been eclipsed by his best project so far, raising his newborn daughter.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Zach developed a passion for woodworking in his teens. After graduating from Cardinal Newman High School, Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management and project management from Sacramento State University. Architecture internships supported Zach in developing strong creative design skills, technical planning and process, developing industry relationships, and a detailed understanding of client styles and needs. Zach took these skills from the office to the field, working for nearly 10 years as a builder and installer. Having amassed his clientele during that time, Zach started his own company, which allowed him to pursue and obtain his general contracting license. When he’s not supporting your build, Zach is mountain biking or enjoying time with his family and friends.
