A Sebastopol native, Brendan returned to his roots after living in Seattle, where he settled after four years in the U.S. Navy. As an estimator at Wright Residential, Brendan develops pre-construction estimates and manages value engineering efforts through all phases of design and build. With more than 20 years’ experience in building material operations, Brendan brings practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and resources. Brendan enjoys working closely with project teams to ensure our clients receive effective, predictable, and ultimately valuable cost analysis. When he’s not at Wright Residential, Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and hitting the links for a round of golf. Brendan is the loving pawrent to Chief Happiness Office Carl.
