As Wright Residential’s Chief Estimator, Jim has overall responsibility for the creation of project budgets and estimates. Before joining the Wright Residential team, Jim worked for a Bay Area commercial construction firm specializing in healthcare and schools. Jim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and over 20 years of industry experience. He began his career as a member of a clean-up crew and, after mastering framing and finishing work, progressed to leadership roles as a foreman, superintendent, and project manager. When not overseeing projects for Wright Residential, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
